1. How do I schedule a coaching session?
You can fill out the intake form directly on the Coaching page. Dr Galante will personally review your form, my assistant will then contact you to schedule your first FREE session. Subsequently, for paid Follow-up sessions, a payment link will be sent to you via email at your request before scheduling the encounters.
---
2. Are these coaching sessions a program or under a payment contract?
No. The sessions with Dr Galante are purely requested by you. There is no minimum or mandatory frequency of sessions at any time. Whenever you feel you might benefit from Dr Galante's guidance you are free to request your sessions. There are no contracts, no payment commitments for future sessions, nor penalties. You are in control of deciding if and when to request a session.
---
3. Are these coaching sessions considered medical care?
No. Coaching is not medical advice nor treatment. It’s a structured conversation to help you approach personal challenges. Please consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical care.
---
4. What happens if I miss my session or need to reschedule?
Payments if applicable are non-refundable. You may request a rescheduling in advance before the 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Because Dr Galante has a busy calendar - and needs to accommodate your session within it - missed sessions or late reschedule requests are considered forfeited and cannot be rebooked.

5. How are sessions conducted?
First-time sessions are preferably done via video using Google Meet for a first face-to-face meeting but they could be done via phone if video is not available. Follow-up sessions can be done by phone or video, depending on your preference. My assistant will confirm details with you after payment (if applicable).

6. What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, payments are accepted through PayPal (credit/debit card, PayPal, or Venmo). Stripe for credit card payments and/or bank transfers may be added in the future
