"I thoroughly enjoyed reading Dr. Ed Galante's book F.O.O.D. for Thought A Guide to Stress Management...and Other Things. It was an extremely informative book about a particular unique technique he developed on how to identify your stress when encountering daily stressful situations and then applying a technique to aid in overcoming stress. Dr. Galante who is a highly credentialled doctor has developed a technique on how to identify stress early and then manage stress in 4 precise steps. He gives examples of some daily stressors as well. For me personally, it was a great technique because anxiety and stress is so bad for your health. So to identify early stress and to apply a terrific technique discussed in this book to your daily stressful life is particularly useful to your overall health. I highly recommend this book in my opinion. It was an easy read and the technique could benefit many."
